What it is like
A tree. It grows 30-60 m tall. The trunk is 3 m across. The bark is dark grey and cracks into irregular scales. The branches extend parallel to the ground. The ends of the branches are pale yellow and hairy. The leaves spread our in rings. They are 2.5 cm long with 3 sides. The seed cones are pale green and turn red when ripe.
