What it is like
A shrub. It grows 60-80 cm tall. The stem is fleshy. It grows in dense clumps. The flowers are in groups at the ends of the branches. The seed pods are cylinder shaped. They are green with black stripes and 8-12 cm long.
It is an unresolved name in The Plant List. Also put in the family Asclepiadaceae.

It is a tropical plant. It grows in the western Ghats in India.
