What it is like
A small shrub. It grows 1 m tall. The young branches are hairy. It puts up aerial stems each year. The leaves have leaflets that are oval and the end one is 1-6 cm long by 1-4 cm wide.
Where it is found
It is a subtropical plant. It grows on the edges of forests and near streams between 900-4,100 m above sea level in southern China. It grows in wetlands. It grows in Yunnan.
