What it is like
A palm. It grows 60-160 cm tall. There are 5-12 leaves with 24-40 leaflets on each side. The fruit are narrowly oval and yellow to orange and edible. They are 2.5-3.5 cm long by 1.6-2.5 cm wide.

It is a subtropical plant. It grows in sandy grasslands.
