What it is like
A tree. It grows 6 m tall. The trunk can be 15 cm across. The young twigs are hollow and the wood is soft. The leaves are large and heart shaped. They are soft to touch. There are small teeth along the edge.
It has also been put in the family Flacourtiaceae. It is an unresolved name in The Plant List.
