What it is like
An annual herb. It has prickles. It grows 75 cm tall. The branches are smooth with lines along them. The leaves are 5 cm long and have 15-20 pairs of leaflets. These are 5 cm long by 2 cm wide. There are 2-4 flowers in a group in the axils of leaves. The pods are 5-9 cm long. They are straight and erect and have 12-20 seeds.

A tropical plant. It grows on the Deccan in India. It grows in moist places.
