What it is like
A shrub. It keeps growing from year to year. It grows 20-70 cm tall. The leaves are divided into three and the end one is divided into three. The segments are narrowly sword shaped.
Also put in the family Ledocarpaceae and Vivianiaceae.
Where it is found
It is a temperate plant. In Argentina it grows from sea level to 1,500 m above sea level.
