What it is like
A palm. It has 3 - 6 narrow stems. These grow 2-2.5 m tall. They are 1 cm thick. The nodes are 4-5 cm apart. It has some slender spines. There are about 3 leaves on each stem and these are deeply 2 lobed. The fruit are round and red or orange and 12 mm across.
