What it is like

A shrub or small tree. It grows 4 m tall. The leaves are oval to sword shaped. They are 7-15 cm long by 3-6 cm wide. They are hairy on the veins underneath. The fruit are oval and 5 mm across.


Where it is found

It is a tropical plant. In southern China it grows in dense forests between 300-1,000 m above sea level. In Yunnan.
