What it is like
A tree. It grows 15 m tall. The leaves are simple and narrowly oval and taper to the tip. They are arranged alternately. The flowers occur singly in the axils of the leaves. They are green. The fruit is green with white flesh. There are several oval seeds.

It is a tropical plant. It grows between 200-300 m above sea level in Ecuador.
