What it is like
A ginger family herb. The false stems are 1-2 m tall. The leaves do not have stalks. The leaf blades are narrowly sword shaped and 60 cm long by 10 cm wide. The base is wedge shaped and it tapers to the tip. The fruit are 1.3 cm across.
