What it is like

An onion. It grows 8-12.5 cm tall. It has a long bulb. There are 2-4 tube shaped leaves. The flowers are white with dark veins. The fruit capsules contain black seeds.


Where it is found

It is a temperate plant. It grows in Bhutan at high altitudes between 3,600-4,200 m above sea level.
