What it is like
A woody climber. It grows 4-15 m long. The leaves are broadly oval and 6-18 cm long by 3-8 cm wide. They have rusty coloured hairs underneath. The flowers are red-pink. The fruit are berries. They are light red.
Where it is found
A tropical plant. It grows in open forests and up to 1,200 m above sea level.
