What it is like
A shrub or small tree. It grows 3-9 m tall. Leaves are on new growth. The leaves are 6-14 cm long by 3-7 cm wide. They taper to the tip. The flowers have 5 parts and are restricted to the top of woody stems. The fruit are heart shaped and 1.3-1.5 cm long and wide.
