What it is like

A shrub. The branches are hairy. The leaves are 2-6 cm long by 2-12 cm wide. They are broadly oval and heart shaped at the base. They taper to the tip and there are teeth along the edge. The flowers are yellow. The fruit are 8-10 mm long by 3 mm wide. There are 3 seeds.


Where it is found

It is a tropical and Mediterranean climate plant. It grows in savannah and up to 1,500 m above sea level.
