Adenophora liliifolia is a PERENNIAL growing to 0.5 m (1ft 8in) by 0.5 m (1ft 8in) at a medium rate. It is in flower in August, and the seeds ripen in September. The species is hermaphrodite (has both male and female organs) and is pollinated by Insects. Suitable for: light (sandy) and medium (loamy) soils. Suitable pH: mildly acid, neutral and basic (mildly alkaline) soils. It cannot grow in the shade. It prefers moist soil.

How it is grown

Landscape Uses:Border, Container, Woodland garden. Prefers a light rich slightly alkaline soil that is not too dry, and a warm sunny position.
